Through the entirety of this workshop I agree to:
a) refrain from using video, audio, or other recording devices,
b) refrain from taking photographs of participants or trainers

Attendance Policy
a) I agree to attend the full workshop, and communicate to the facilitation team if an unavoidable conflict arises that pulls me away for more than 20 minutes.
b) I understand the facilitation team may decide I need to attend a future workshop rather than continue, based on what pieces I missed.

Cancellation Policy
- Within two weeks of the workshop date: If you cancel, you/your organization will still be charged for your seat.
- Within 30-14 days of workshop: If you cancel, you/your organization will be charged 50% of the workshop fee OR you can register for a future workshop to apply your fee to. Rescheduling participants must complete the rescheduled workshop within 6 months of their first cancellation.
- Over 30 days before workshop: You/your organization can cancel without any charge, or can request a full refund if already paid (minus the processing fee, if applicable)
- Seats are transferable within an organization up to the start of the workshop.
