Lansing Regional Organizing 101 Workshop: Sept 30 & Oct 1, 2026

Did you attend an Understanding & Analyzing Systemic Racism workshop and feel hungry for next steps? This 1.5-day Organizing 101 workshop is a great follow-up. We cover tools for building power collectively including social network mapping, how to assess who is in your sphere of influence, and different strategies for approaching different people. We encourage participants to attend with other members of your organization when possible, to work together on assessing your organization’s theory of change and strategizing on next steps. If you’re interested in learning to organize within your institution to foster antiracist transformation, this is the workshop for you.
