Online Transforming Values Workshop: June 24, 2026

This 3-hour online workshop provides an introduction to the framework of white dominant culture values and transformative antiracist values. We will help participants identify dominant culture and transformative antiracist values through storytelling and real-world examples of how they show up in ourselves, our institutions, and society at large. We offer tools to interrogate the ways we have internalized racism, and how that connects to what values we live out. 

This workshop is for you if you want to:

• Begin equipping your institution with a framework for examining culture and values
• Identify challenges to living into antiracist values
• Practice applying antiracist values to your life and work
