Online Regional Community Agreements Workshop: May 27, 2026
Coming to collective agreement about how we want to be in a space together can be a small but foundational step toward disrupting power imbalance with groups. A good community agreement is a tool that provides a container for collective decision making, cooperation and collaboration, accountability, both/and thinking, and shared power - all core tenants of anti-racist values. In this facilitated conversation using the National Equity Projects' Lens of Systemic Oppression as a frame, we will discover together how to develop an effective agreement.
